Our Returners Program is designed specifically for experienced professionals returning after a career break.

We offer specialist learning and development, coaching, mentoring and assignments at world-leading organisations for ambitious people.

Our Returners Program has launched over 500 careers globally since its inception in 2015.

Our FDM Skills Lab and team of coaches will help you broaden your skills, ensuring you’re confident to return to the workplace and prepared for your role as an FDM consultant.

Who we’re
looking for?

Our Returners Program could be a great fit if you have:

  • Five years of relevant commercial experience
  • A career break of at least 12 months
  • Availability to work full-time in a new permanent role
  • An interest in business or tech and joining a fast-growing industry
  • A desire to join a truly inclusive company that champions diversity.
